Since its establishment in 2013, we have led the transformation of the local Karaoke culture into a professional stage performance culture, fostering the professionalism of pop vocals and encouraging lovers of pop vocals to gain international recognition. Today, our students are found among singers, musicians, social celebrities, various talent shows, and commercial or welfare organizations.

About The Role:

We’re currently seeking a Vocal Expert in Theatre Music with extensive international performance experience to enhance diversification in our talent pool. As a vocal coach, you will be responsible for training and developing the vocal abilities of our performers and musicians. We are looking for a highly creative artist/scholar with a solid background in African American music, especially jazz, blues and other 20th- and 21st-century genres.

You’ll be required to:

• Lead one-on-one and group vocal classes for students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement comprehensive and customized vocal training programs for our performers and musicians that cater to each student’s unique needs and potential.
• Master use of vocal and instrumental improvisation techniques to enhance our performers’ abilities.
• Share your experiences from the global stage to inspire and broaden the horizons of our students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans Foster a positive, encouraging, and immersive learning environment.
• Provide guidance and support to our performers during rehearsals and performances.
• Collaborate with other coaches and directors to create cohesive and dynamic performances.
• Attend rehearsals and performances as needed to provide ongoing support and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Extensive international performance experience.
• At 8 years Music Theatre Performance experience.
• Proven track record of effective vocal instruction and ability to teach a wide variety of musical styles.
• Highly creative artist/scholar with a solid background in African American music, especially jazz, blues and other 20th- and 21st-century genres.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all ages.
• Deep knowledge of vocal health best practices.
• Native English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
