一個展示音樂才華、實現夢想的機會。是次比賽旨在提供一個平台，讓大家互相交流，提昇音樂及歌唱造詣，並藉以傳揚正面、愛的訊息，為社區注入正能量。
Filling the community with Love; embracing relations with Songs
Here comes an opportunity to demonstrate your musical talents and fulfil your dreams! One objective of the competition is to provide a platform for music talents in the community to learn from one another and also to push their skills to a higher level. This would also be a place where we spread messages of love and positivity to bring light into the community.
參賽辦法及規章 Application & Information
參賽歌曲主題：傳揚愛 為社區注入正能量
Theme of songs: Spreading LOVE and POSITIVITY in the community
參賽歌曲內容： 原創、改編、COVER均可，風格不限
Format: Originals, Remix or Rendition, Cover, Genre unlimited
參賽形式：獨唱、合唱或樂隊均可; 每個參賽單位只能遞交一份參賽作品
Form of entries: Solo, group or band, each participating unit can only submit one entry
參賽資格 ： 16 – 45 歲
Eligibility: Ages 16 – 45
初賽 ：2019 年1月19日 (六), 1400 – 1800 (入選名單於10/1/2019以電郵或WhatsApp通知)
Preliminary: 19 January 2019 (Sat); 14:00 – 18:00 (Successful entries will receive notifications via email / WhatsApp on or before 10 Jan 2019)
決賽 ：2019 年2月23日 (六), 1900 – 2100
Finals: 23 February 2019 (Sat); 19:00 – 21:00
地點 ：ICA 柴灣, 121 環翠道
Venue: ICA Chai Wan, 121 Wan Tsui Road
獎項及獎品 ：
設冠、亞、季軍及其它獎項
獎品包括現金劵及獎座，總值超過$40,000
參賽作品有機會在ICA各網絡媒體上播放
Prizes：
Include prizes to the Champion, First Runner Up, Second Runner Up and others
Prizes include cash coupons and trophies worth more than HK$40,000 in total
Winning entries have opportunities to be featured on ICA’s social media

2. 上載銀行入數紙或網上轉帳記錄於網上報名表上;
Upload bank-in slip or online bank transfer record as you fill in the registration form.
3. 上載Video Demo於YouTube上 ; 並歌詞放在YouTube影片下的「說明」內，再將YouTube link上載於報名表內
Upload Demo Video to YouTube; and include the lyrics under the description of the video. Please also include the YouTube link of your demo in your registration form.

注意事項：
Points to note:
1) 網上報名表資料一經遞交，將不可再作修改; 繳費於任何情況下亦不獲退款。
Once submitted, no changes are allowed. There will also be no refund of registration fees.
2) 參賽者須自備演出之手提樂器，如結他、效果樂、鼓棒等；參賽者必須最少於比賽前7個工作天通知主辦單位在初賽或決賽當天的伴奏樂器， 否則該樂器伴奏將不被接納。
Where applicable, participants must bring your own instruments e.g. guitar, backing tracks, drum sticks etc; participants must notify the organizer no later than 7 days before the preliminaries the instruments / accompaniment to be brought for use on the day – otherwise it will be assumed no accompaniment is needed.
3) 如比賽當天因天氣惡劣，並懸掛八號風球或黑色暴雨警告，請密切留意Facebook網頁或 WhatsApp最新消息。
If due to bad weather (e.g. T8 or black rain signal being hoisted) that the event needs to be rescheduled please refer to our official Facebook page / WhatsApp for announcements.
4) 主辦單位保留更改本活動一切相關事宜的權利，恕不另行通知。
The organizer reserves the right to change the details of the competition without prior notice.
5) 所有違反比賽規則、遲到或缺席比賽者，將被取消資格而不獲退款。
Breach of regulations, latecomers or absenteeism will be disqualified without refund of registration fees.
6) 若有任何爭議，主辦單位保留最終決定權。
In the event of dispute, the organizer reserves the rights of final decision.
7) 比賽詳情及更新請留意網頁及Facebook, 並一切以主辦單位最後公佈為準。
